1. Cancellation & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible.


Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service start date are eligible for a full refund.


No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service start date are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments.


2. Service Issues & Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of your return so we can address your concerns promptly.


Missed Visits: If we fail to visit your pet(s) as scheduled due to our error, you are eligible for a full refund for the missed visit(s).


Pet Care Concerns: If you believe your pet(s) did not receive proper care, we will conduct an internal review. Refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the findings.


Weather & Emergencies: If extreme weather or unforeseen emergencies prevent us from reaching your home, we will notify you immediately. Refunds may be issued based on the situation.


3. Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or dispute is filed without prior communication, we reserve the right to challenge the claim with our service records and communications.


Fraudulent chargebacks: may result in the suspension of future services.


4. Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use our website and services. If you are under 13 years of age, you may not use our service or provide any personal information to us without the consent of a parent or guardian.
